Relaxing herbal tea with saffron, ginger and lemon

Preparing a saffron herbal tea is very simple, since it is sufficient to dilute the pistils contained in a bag of saffron and dissolve the mixture obtained in a cup of boiling water. This soothing infusion, once filtered and sweetened with a little honey, can be embellished with ginger and lemon to taste.

Beneficial Saffron Milk – Masala dudh

To prepare a beneficial saffron milk, heat for 30 minutes half a liter of milk by adding a sachet of saffron. You can also decide to add a few cloves, a pinch of cinnamon and chopped pistachio during cooking; after filtering and sweetening with brown sugar or honey you will have obtained the famous masala dudh. Sprinkle the surface with chopped pistachios and serve the beneficial and exotic still steaming drink.

Black tea with saffron, cinnamon and mandarin

Mix a cup of water and half a glass of milk and bring to the boil in a saucepan. Add honey, add a little cinnamon and a sachet of saffron, leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then add a spoonful of black tea leaves and the grated peel of a mandarin. Put the saucepan back on the heat until boiling, remove from the heat and strain.

Saffron and chamomile decoction

Place a gram of saffron and a spoonful of dried chamomile flowers in a liter of boiling water. Once this is done, leave to infuse for at least half an hour, stirring occasionally, then strain and sweeten with sugar or honey. You can also drink five cups a day, between meals.
